Tŷ Eco (Welsh for Eco House) produces an economical, panelised Passivhaus building system. We do not use polyurethane, EPS (polystyrene) or any other oil-based products to insulate our wall, ceiling or intermediate-floor panels – from the slab up, the building system is sustainable, renewable and/or recyclable. Our sister company – Minera Roof Trusses – has been producing engineered timber products since 1977. Utilising their extensive manufacturing experience, we have engineered a high-quality building system that can be easily supplied to site and erected quickly with a finish ensured through the Passivhaus quality assurance process.
